We had a great experience working with Sergio and his team. He brought over many samples (multiple times!) until we found what we liked. We thought the pricing was good, especially given the amount of demolition required of old tile floor. Sergio worked to accommodate our schedule and was even flexible when we had a hiccup with a delayed tenting that disrupted the timeline. The install was very nicely done and Sergio was thoughtful in coordinating choices (floor direction, how to work around certain features in the house) with us. He was very responsive to our questions and has worked hard to ensure our satisfaction. The floor turned out even better than we had imagined!!! Highly recommend!
